Booking
How do I book a room?
Use the booking page — pick your dates, choose a room, add anything you need and confirm. You will get a reference code immediately. No deposit is taken online.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. We take payment on arrival, in cash or by card. Your booking is held without a deposit.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes — free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. Use the 'find my booking' page with your reference, or call us. Inside 48 hours the first night is charged.
Do you accept group bookings?
We do. For four rooms or more, contact us directly and we will quote you a rate and hold the rooms.
Facilities
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes. We serve local Gilgiti and Pakistani dishes plus continental options, from 7 am to 10 pm daily.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Certainly — vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free are all straightforward. Tell us when you book and the kitchen will plan for it.
Is there a lift?
The building is three floors with stairs only. If mobility is a concern, ask for a ground-floor room and we will hold one.
Getting here
Where exactly are you?
On the Karakoram Highway at Jaglot, roughly 45 minutes south of Gilgit and about two hours from the Nanga Parbat viewpoint at Raikot.
How do I get here from Gilgit airport?
About 45 minutes by road. We run a private transfer for PKR 3,500 each way — add it when you book, or ask at any time.
Is there parking?
Yes, free secure parking on site for all guests, including space for larger 4x4s.
Is the road open in winter?
The KKH stays open year-round, though landslides and snow can cause delays. We keep an eye on conditions and will tell you honestly if a day is a bad one to travel.
Your stay
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out by 12:00 pm. If you arrive on an early flight we will hold your bags and let you in as soon as a room is ready.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is an optional extra at PKR 800 per person per night, except on the Premium King Room where it is included for two.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, fibre Wi-Fi throughout the building including all rooms, free of charge. It is fast enough for video calls.
Do you have heating?
Every room has heating. Nights are cold here even in summer, so it gets used year-round.
Can I bring my pet?
Well-behaved pets are welcome in our ground-floor rooms. Please tell us when you book so we can allocate the right room.
