Making a booking
A booking is confirmed the moment you receive a reference beginning SIS-. No
deposit is taken and no card details are held. You pay the full amount on arrival, in cash or
by card, in Pakistani rupees.
Rates
Rates shown are per room per night and include the tax and service charge displayed at checkout. Some dates carry a seasonal rate, which is always shown before you confirm. There are no resort fees or surprise charges.
Cancellation
- Free of charge up to 48 hours before your check-in date.
- Inside 48 hours, the first night may be charged.
- If you do not arrive and do not tell us, the first night is charged.
- If the road is closed or a flight is cancelled, we waive everything. Just tell us.
Changes
You can change your dates free of charge through the booking page, subject to availability. If the new dates carry a higher rate, the difference applies.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Reception is staffed 24 hours, so a late arrival is never a problem. Luggage can be stored either side.
In the hotel
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. Balconies and the terrace are fine.
- Well-behaved pets are welcome in ground-floor rooms if arranged in advance.
- Children of any age are welcome. Under 6 stay free in existing bedding.
- Damage beyond ordinary wear is charged at cost.
Things outside our control
Landslides, snow, flooding and road closures are a feature of the Karakoram Highway. We will always tell you honestly what conditions are like, and we never charge for a cancellation caused by them.
