What we collect
When you make a booking we ask for your name, email address, phone number and country. We need these to hold your room, contact you if something changes, and check you in. That is all we ask for, and we do not ask for card details at any point — payment is taken in person.
If you send us a message or subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your email address so we can reply or send you the newsletter.
What stays in your browser
This site stores three things locally on your own device: your light or dark theme preference, your display currency, and any rooms you have saved. These never leave your browser and we cannot read them.
What we do not do
- We run no advertising trackers, pixels or third-party analytics.
- We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
- We do not send marketing email unless you asked for it.
Third parties
Two external services load on this site: Google Maps, for the map on the contact page, and Open-Meteo, for the weather forecast in the footer. Both see your IP address when they load. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
How long we keep things
Booking records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Contact messages are deleted after two years. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Write to sishoteljaglot@gmail.com and we will send you everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no fuss.
