Karimabad, Baltit Fort and the terraced apricot orchards below Rakaposhi.
The valley everyone has seen photographs of: stone villages on terraces, apricot blossom in April, and Rakaposhi and Ultar Sar standing over all of it.
Baltit Fort in Karimabad is around 700 years old and worth the entry. Most guests do Hunza as a long day trip from here, stopping at Attabad Lake on the way back for the afternoon light on the water.
